RINGLOCK
SYSTEM
In Ringlock Scaffolding, the junction enables quick and easy connection of load bearing items as well as reinforcing parts to each other with rigidity. Flat disks (Rosettes) are welded onto the standards/verticals made out of 40mm NB tube at every 500mm distance. Ledgers/Transoms and braces are connected to these disks with a system of casted heads and wedges. Ringlock Scaffolding System is a uniquely designed Scaffold System. There are no loose components in Ringlock system that can be lost or require maintenances We are manufacturing SKYCON Ring Lock System as per Indian standards and International standards.
RING LOCK VERTICAL
Ringlock Verticals made out of 40mm NB (OD:48.3mm) Tubes have rosette ring with slots located @ every 500mm c/c. (either with loose or welded-spigot)
SIZE- 3.0M, 2.5M, 2.0M, 1.5M, 1.0M, 0.5M
RINGLOCK HORIZONTAL
Horizontal members can be placed on the slots of the ring on any direction, but each horizontal can be erected & dismantled separately only.
